During my practicum experiences, I planned all of my units and lessons using backward design.This meant I determined the curriculum expectations, learning goals and success criteria, and assessment before I starting planning activities and tasks.
To the right are a unit plan and a unit overview for a Mass and Capacity unit I taught during my grade 3 practicum.
